How do I place an order?
Choose your favourite bikini, select the right size and add it to your shopping cart. Then go to checkout and complete payment.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes S/M, M/L and L/XL. Check our size chart for detailed information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change it. Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately via email or Instagram. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

How can I request a return?
Please see the return policy below for return instructions.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Returns (Return Policy)
You have 14 days from receipt to file a return. The bikini must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. The hygiene tape must be intact; otherwise we cannot accept the return. Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. To report a return, please contact us at lizzy@lizvswim.com.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International shipping is available; delivery time and costs vary by destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for shipping company delays.
